Lingering Summer Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Flavored rum (I used pineapple)
  • 3 oz Milk (use your preference)
  • 1 C Frozen berries, assorted
  • 1 Ripe banana (the riper the better)

Instructions

  1. In a blender cup or pitcher, layer the [over] ripe banana, frozen berries, milk and rum

  2. Blend ingredients until completely smooth

  3. Optional step:  strain drink to remove seeds

  4. Pour into glass and enjoy
